چکیده
One of the major problems in designing highly compact integrated circuits is power consumption circuits. Therefore, several technologies have been introduced to overcome facing MOSFET technology. these Quantum-Dot Cellular Atomata (QCA), which has advantages. In this paper, we focus on computational logic gates based T-Latch circuit. T-latch basis many circuit arithmetic unit (ALU). The proposed structure for a lower number cells, occupied area and than existing methods. T-Latch, compared previous best designs, 6.45% cross section 44.49% were reduced. Also first time with reset terminal both set terminals designed. addition, using T-latch, 3-bit bidirectional up-down counter consists 204 quantum 0.26 µm2 cross-sectional area, delay 5.25 clock cycles, three-bit pin made. are designed QCA All design simulation results done QCADesigner software.
